Band absence forms can be submitted HERE or via Google classroom
The absence form needs to be filled out TWO WEEKS before a performance conflict, ONE WEEK before a rehearsal conflict, and as soon as possible after an emergency absence. Filling out this form does not mean you will be immediately excused. An excused absence does not excuse you from the grade but gives you the opportunity to make up what you missed to receive a grade. Unexcused absences result in a zero being given.

Secure the DOT FEE ( this reserves your spot for band camp and the 2026-2027 season) New Marchers Fee $85 Returning Marcher Fee $70 Auxiliary Fee $55 ( Guard and Majorette)

2. VENMO to @VermilionBandBooster
( name and secure the DOT FEE in notes)
3, CASH ( not prefered) secured in envelop with marchers name and placed in locked band mailbox
